Robert Legge
Tenor

Victoria Tralongo

Robert Legge is emerging as an operatic artist of the highest caliber. Critics have praised him for delivering "first-rate" performances and his voice has been lauded as a "dreamy operatic voice" and a "fully voiced tenor".

Mr. Legge has performed extensively in the DC-Baltimore area. His roles include Ferrando, Albert Herring, Leon, and Mr. Marshall. He has performed with the Washington National Opera, Opera Alterna, The Washington Vocal Arts Ensemble and The Summer Opera Theater Company and has upcoming engagements with the Washington National Opera.

Not limiting himself to operatic repertoire, Mr. Legge is at home performing operetta and musical theater and has appeared with the Washington Savoyards, The Colonel's Men, and The Village Theater in Issaquah, WA, in roles ranging from St. Brioche in "The Merry Widow" to Albert in "Bye Bye Birdie". He is also a veteran performer of sacred music and oratorio and has appeared in venues across the United States and Europe including St. James Cathedral in Seattle and Christ Church Cathedral in Dublin. Mr. Legge is a graduate of the Catholic University of America and studies voice with Mr. Russell Penney.
