Brandon J. Tishim

Bass-Baritone

Brandon J. Tishim (Bass-Baritone) is an up and coming artist with a degree in Vocal Performance from Westminster Choir College of Rider University in Princeton, New Jersey.  During his tenure at Westminster, Brandon studied with highly acclaimed musicians such as: Laura Brooks Rice, J.J. Pena, Akiko Hosaki, Sharon Sweet, Christopher Arneson, Scott McCoy, Julian Rodesku, and Joseph Flummerfelt.

Having been involved in music all his life, Brandon is known for his vocal versatility and the charismatic embodiment of any character he plays. Brandon has recently performed in La Bohème for the Princeton Festival and as Luther in Les Contes d’Hoffman.  Brandon’s other credits include full production roles of Dottore in La Traviata, and Kuckuck in Die Vögel.  An active performer, Brandon has sung other roles including that of Figaro, Le nozze di Figaro; Colline, La Bohème; Alidoro, La Cenerentola; and Vodnik, Rusalka. Major chorus work includes Aida with The Bohème Opera Company of New Jersey, Spoleto Festival USA, The Central Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra, and numerous performances while a member of the Westminster Choir in conjunction with the New York Philharmonic.
